SHIPPING POLICY
If a product is bought online, it can be shipped anywhere in the United States at a flat rate of $15.
For services such as sharpening or engraving knives/objects of which you are in possession, Coastal Carving Co. is currently unable to accommodate customers nationally. We'll arrange a time and place in San Diego County to exchange your item and discuss the service in person. This will likely be at a safe facility in Santee with security cameras and AC, and occasionally elderly folks walking through access a community swimming pool or library. Another place can be arranged depending on what you, the customer, preferers.
The same can be done for pickup, or shipping can be arranged for $5 locally or $15 nationally.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Purchases made on the website may be refunded if the item is damaged or not as described.
Everybody makes mistakes. Even me. If I make a mistake, or the customer believes my work to be inadequate, I am currently unable to refund or reimburse the customer for mistakes or undesirable outcomes. This will hopefully change as business increases.

I reserve the right to refuse a job or order on the basis of difficulty, controversy, or other constraints such as high order volumes or inoperable equipment.
Order specifications, pick up/drop off, and payment method/amount, should all be arranged before money is transferred or work is started.
